How to ask

• Send an email to support@istakan.app
• Use the subject “Delete my istakan account”
• Send it from the email on the account, or include that email
• If you signed in with a phone, include that phone number

What we delete

• The account, including name, email, and phone
• The business, plans, captions, and posts still inside istakan
• Logos, images, and files you uploaded
• Connections to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Sign-in sessions

What we cannot remove for you

Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn stay on those networks. Delete them there. We also keep a record if a law requires it.

• أرسله من البريد المسجّل في الحساب، أو اذكر ذلك البريد
• إذا دخلت بالهاتف، اذكر رقم الهاتف

ماذا نحذف

• الحساب، بما فيه الاسم والبريد والهاتف
• النشاط والخطط والنصوص والمنشورات التي ما زالت داخل استكان
• الشعار والصور والملفات التي رفعتها
• ربط فيسبوك وإنستغرام ولينكدإن
• جلسات الدخول

ما لا نحذفه نيابة عنك

المنشورات التي نُشرت على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو لينكدإن تبقى هناك. احذفها من الشبكة نفسها. نحتفظ بسجل إذا أوجب القانون ذلك.
