These terms cover the istakan app and this website. If you use the app, you agree to them.
The service
istakan lets a business plan posts and publish them on channels the business connects. You decide when a post goes out. A plan can hold a post for your review. istakan can draft a caption. You can edit it before it publishes.
Your account
You need an account. You can sign in with a phone and password, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for that account and for the business information you enter. The app is for people 18 and older.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and images you provide. You give us permission to store them, to draft from them, and to send a post to a channel you connected when the plan says to publish. You confirm you have the right to use that content and to post on those channels.
Channels
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn have their own rules. A published post follows those rules and stays on that network until you delete it there. LinkedIn in this version publishes to a member profile. Organization pages are not part of this version.
Acceptable use
Do not use istakan to break the law, to post as someone else without permission, or to interfere with the service.
No ads
The app does not contain ads.
Availability
The service can pause, fail, or change. A draft can fail and still leave the caption for you to review. We do not promise that every post will publish on time.
Ending use
You may ask us to delete the account. The steps are on the delete-account page. We may suspend an account that misuses the service.
This website
The public pages (home, privacy, terms, support, and account deletion) do not ask you to create an account. Choosing a language is stored on your device only.
